Your order is processed straight away and shipping will take approximately
two - eight days, subject to availability. You will be notified if,
for any reason this will take longer. |

You will receive an email to advise you when
your parcel has been dispatched. |

For security purposes you are required to sign for your package
when it arrives. We will never leave your package on the doorstep
or with a neighbour. We will not consider it delivered until you
receive it |

Packaging Guarantee - All Funclothes parcels are sent in packaging
and are then sealed within a delivery bag. No logos or branding will
be seen on the outer packaging. |
We aim to make the order process as easy and hassle free as possible and
that includes our returns policy.

You may cancel any order within
7 days of receipt of your order confirmation. |
|
|
If you have not yet received the order you
should send an email detailing your name, a description of the product
and the order number to cancellations@funclothes.co.uk and we will
do our best to stop the product being dispatched. |

|
For hygiene reasons, once products have been
received by you, we will not accept returns or cancellations of orders
of any intimate objects or underwear or any fault-free toys (e.g.
vibrators), creams or condoms. |
|
|
If you have already received the goods and
decide that you want to return them you must put them in secure packaging
and return them to the address specified on the delivery
note within 7 days with a brief description of why you have returned
them. |

|
Customers returning sale items will receive
a credit note only. |
|
|
Once Fun Clothes has received the returned
goods and is happy that they are in their original packaging and
show no signs of wear or tear you will receive an email confirming
your cancellation. |
|
|
Fun Clothes will make a credit to the debit/credit
card used for purchase within 30 days. The original postage charge
is non-refundable. |
|
|
If
you receive a faulty item from Fun Clothes or if your purchase
should fail within 30 days of receipt you can return it to us with
a completed returns/exchange form detailing the damage and we will
send you a replacement model or something similar. |
